In keeping with the Rock Church's vision of engaging every segment of society to evangelize all of San Diego, the Salt and Light Ministry (S&L) exists to do the following: S&L will influence and transform our culture by educating the people as to the true influence and large role Christianity has played in the founding of this nation. Through a series of Christ centered messages and classes we will display God's hand at work in securing our freedom and the blessings that we as a nation have received as a result of our unabashed faith in Him. S&L will equip the Christian to engage in the governmental / historical segment of society without violating stipulations. S&L will help the Christian to think critically and most importantly develop and apply a Biblical worldview to the governmental sphere, voting, and all social and cultural issues of the day. The Salt & Light Ministry is having a leadership meeting on Thursday, April 22nd from 7:00pm - 8:00pm. It will be held at the Rock Church in room 351. Please join us if you are able to make it.
